lately i find myself sick of everything, sick of being too understanding. I need a rest.

yes. it is. you wont be a nice person everytime. there's a momment that you're at the bottom, and everyone has their limit of patience. there's nothing wrong with become angry. it's just because you've been trained to control yourself everyone would understand.
